Gregoire Zaldua joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 2015 as a Project Engineer seeking a job with more opportunities and structure. His commitment to details and work ethic has allowed him to rise through the ranks while managing top projects and clients. As a Project Executive, Gregoire finds joy in the dynamic construction industry, where he engages with diverse individuals from the field to the office.
Gregoire takes pride in his contributions to various projects and is always striving for bigger accomplishments. His passion for the industry is fueled by the rewarding interactions and the challenge of managing budgets and timelines. His favorite quote he believes pertains to construction and personal life, “All of life is peaks and valleys. Don’t let the peaks get too high and the valleys too low.” – John Wooden

- BS in Civil Engineering with Minors in Statistics and Project Management – California State University, Chico

- Favorite Hobby: Watching and following sports. Favorite teams are the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Bulls, and Notre Dame Football.
- Favorite Causes: Gregoire has grown his hair out twice to donate to children with cancer. In March 2022, he and his team raised over $18,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support pediatric cancer research.
- Guiding Words: Find someone that you respect, can learn from, emulate and pick their brain. Ask all the questions you can and remember that nobody knows everything.
- Fun Fact: Gregoire was named after his grandfather, who was born in the Basque Country, a region that straddles the border of France and Spain.
- Most Proud Of: His wife (high school sweetheart) and their two boys!
