Harvey Hwang

Harvey Hwang joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 2005 as a Project Manager, bringing experience from major San Francisco and Virginia companies and quickly demonstrated his passion for solving problems and building teams. In his current role as Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer, Harvey is involved in all of TPC’s projects. His project management background, attention to detail, and stringent quality standards are the key drivers of project success. Harvey also has been instrumental in building the TPC culture and truly exemplifies the core value of Work/Life Balance.
