RC Willey
Tilton Pacific Construction was selected to build the second California retail location for RC Willey at the new Delta Shores shopping center in Sacramento.
The building was a ground-up, two-story, steel-framed large box with a grand entrance and double waterfall features.
We completed the 171,000 square-foot building in 12 months. This included all of the interior tenant improvements and related site improvements.
